- International EU - for delivery in Europeean Union
- Global Courier with National Postal Services - for delivery globally (other than EU)
If you wish to return a product, please contact us in writing at the email address electrolightdesign@gmail.com in which you specify the order number and / or invoice of the products.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). If these aspects are not respected, returns will not be accepted.
You can request the return of products for the following situations: (Not valid for custom personalizae products)
1. The delivered product does not comply with the specifications on the website eldes-stencils.com
If the ordered product proves not to comply with the specifications in our offer, you can request its return for replacement or full refund of the value. If the replacement with a product of a higher value is agreed, you will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by eldes-stencils.com.
2. The delivered product is non-functional within the first 24 hours of receipt or packages show damage
If the product received is non-functional within the first 24 hours of actual receipt – collection from eldes-stencils.com or home reception by courier – you can complain about this and request the return of the product within this period, in order to replace it with a new product. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you contact us.
3. The product delivered is not the one ordered
If you have been delivered a different product than the one ordered, please report this within 24 hours in order find the solution to replaced with the correct one.
4. Cancellation of purchase
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she cancels the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, according to EU laws - for EU countries only.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). In the case of returns, the returned products must not show signs of wear or damage (bumps, scratches, leaks, etc.). If these aspects are not respected, returns will not be accepted. Return costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the product value will be made no later than 14 days from the return.
Returns cannot be accepted for products sold as personalized products that have been personalized according to your request and for which you have expressed your acceptance in writing.
We reserve the right, for orders that we consider atypical or suspicious (large or very large quantities of serial Stencils, the recipient does not respond to our clarification messages, etc.) to request advance payment of the entire amount or to refuse the order. Large orders of serial Stencils of the same model are considered orders with personalized products and returns are not accepted for them.
