Return of products (Do not apply for personalised products)
If you wish to return a product, please contact us in writing at the email address electrolightdesign@gmail.com specifying the order number and/or invoice of the products.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). If these aspects are not respected, returns will not be accepted.
You can request the return of products for the following situations: (Do not apply for personalised products)
1. The delivered product does not comply with the specifications on the website
If the ordered product proves not to comply with the specifications in our offer, you can request its return for replacement or full refund of the value. If replacement with a product of a higher value is agreed, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by www.eldes.ro.
2. The delivered product is non-functional within the first 24 hours of receipt or packages that show damage
If the product received is non-functional within the first 24 hours of actual receipt – collection from www.eldes.ro or home delivery by courier – you can complain about this and request the return of the product within this period, in order to replace it with a new product. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you contact us.
3. The delivered product is not the one ordered
If you were delivered a different product than the one ordered, please report this within 24 hours in order to return the product and have it replaced with the correct one.
4. Cancellation of purchase
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she cancels the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, according to OUG. 34/2014.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). In the case of returns, the returned products must not show signs of wear or signs of damage (bumps, scratches, leaks, etc.). If these aspects are not respected, returns cannot be accepted. Return costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the product value will be made no later than 14 days from the return.
Returns cannot be accepted for products sold as personalized products that have been personalized according to your request and for which you have expressed your acceptance in writing.
